VIP MEMBERS
VIP members are clients who consistently book our services or purchase our products.
If you need to take a break, that’s perfectly fine. Your VIP membership will remain intact, as long as you return to using our services consistently after your break. For instance, if you take a break for 3 to 6 months and then return to receive services every 1 to 4 weeks, that is acceptable.
However, if you visit only once every other month or once a year, that would not be considered consistent usage. In such cases, you will be classified as a loyal client rather than a VIP member.

3 / Late ?
There's no late fee for VIP members after 15 minutes before appointment with communication to provider. No communication= FEE. If it is a full busy day appointment will be inconvenienced fee or rescheduled with/or without one-time fee ( depending on the circumstances )
